18 years of wait for RCB❤️

It was truly the  moment for every cricket fan. After 18 years of heartbreak, memes, and the unwavering slogan "Ee Sala Cup Namde", Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) finally reached the mountain top on June 3, 2025.
The atmosphere at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad was electric as RCB defended a target of 191 to defeat Punjab Kings (PBKS) by just 6 runs.

The Moment of Glory
The final over, bowled by Yash Dayal, was a test of nerves. With PBKS needing 15 runs, Dayal held his composure, conceding only 8. As the final ball was delivered and the victory confirmed, the images that followed became instant classics:
Virat Kohli’s Emotion: The sight of Virat Kohli falling to his knees, visibly overwhelmed with tears, was the defining image. After 18 seasons of loyalty to a single franchise, he finally lifted the one trophy that had eluded him.
The Celebration: Captain Rajat Patidar was hoisted onto his teammates' shoulders, and even former legends like AB de Villiers and Chris Gayle were seen celebrating with the team on the field, bridging the gap between RCB's past and its golden present.
The "Namdu" Shift: The fan slogan officially changed from "Ee Sala Cup Namde" (This year the cup is ours) to "Ee Sala Cup Namdu" (This year the cup is actually ours)
